Once again the holiday season is upon us! As 2023 comes to a close and we look back on the past year, we can’t forget to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our colleagues and partners across the globe for contributing to our continued success.
Each year brings its own surprises, challenges, and changes, and 2023 was no different. First, we opened a beautiful new office in London to better serve clients in the UK with a friendly, in-person experience. In addition, our LATAM team will soon relocate to a more spacious and modern office in the heart of Mexico City to continue exceeding expectations with high-quality service, attention to detail, and professionalism. Not to mention, we’ve filled many key roles in support, development, and sales in all regions to bolster our global team of telematics professionals. Perhaps most exciting of all was getting to meet some of you face-to-face at various regional conferences and trade shows.
Along with investing in physical spaces and human talent, we’ve also made a number of updates and improvements to the Navixy platform itself. Some of our most exciting new functionalities include support for virtual sensors, the Customer Portal, and Fuel Sensor Quality Index. Looking ahead to next year, expect to hear more about our IoT Gateway, Eco Fleet tools, and the Navixy Data Warehouse.
