Web-applications
A new version of the Tasks app received a more intuitive and customizable interface. The app allows dispatchers or supervisors to quickly assign tasks to employees as well as set preferences for how information is organized and displayed. Users are now allowed to:
- create and edit tasks with fewer clicks;
- add routes (checkpoints) to a single task staying in the same window;
- customize task list by hiding unnecessary elements from view.
The “Deviation from the route” rule has been enhanced. A dispatcher can now manually turn off a notification on deviation at the end point of the route. Depending on the situation, a dispatcher can adjust the rule to receive only needed notifications. In case a vehicle has reached the end point of the route without any troubles and left the scheduled track, a dispatcher will not be bothered by the notification.
Information from the “Speed violation” report can now be sorted by drivers. For example, in case multiple drivers use one car on the same day, a vehicle owner can easily find out who violates the traffic rules by quickly getting to the needed data.
It’s now possible to delete several geofences at once. This way, users will save time spent on arranging geofences list view.
Mobile apps
- X-GPS Tracker and X-GPS Monitor mobile apps now include legal information to comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Admin panel
- The list of supported currencies has been updated. It now includes monetary units of more than 127 countries.
