# Activación masiva

Registre 30 o más rastreadores GPS en Navixy al mismo tiempo. Envíe un archivo CSV o Excel al soporte de Navixy con el modelo del dispositivo, ID, APN y asignación de usuario.

Si usted está transfiriendo una gran cantidad de dispositivos GPS desde otra plataforma a Navixy, activar cada dispositivo manualmente puede ser un desafío. En su lugar, puede contactar a [soporte de Navixy](mailto:support@navixy.com) para registrar cientos o incluso miles de dispositivos con un solo archivo CSV o Excel.

## Plantilla de la lista de dispositivos

Antes de comenzar, asegúrese de que su archivo CSV contenga las siguientes columnas en el orden especificado:

* user\_id
* model
* label
* device\_id
* phone
* apn\_name
* apn\_user
* apn\_password
* comentario

Si necesita asignar dispositivos a diferentes usuarios, complete la `user_id` columna. En caso de un archivo sin `user_id`comas, todos los dispositivos se agregan a un solo usuario. Evite usar caracteres especiales como "+", "°" o espacios dobles en el archivo. El campo de comentario es opcional y se puede usar para agregar información adicional sobre un dispositivo. Una vez creado el archivo de carga masiva, póngase en contacto con el equipo de soporte de Navixy para que le ayude con la carga.

Tenga en cuenta que la cantidad mínima para la carga masiva es de 30 dispositivos.

## Activación masiva de la aplicación X-GPS Tracker

En el caso de la aplicación móvil X-GPS Tracker, use los siguientes nombres de columna y el siguiente orden:

* model
* label
* notification\_phone
* correo\_electrónico\_de\_notificación
