Navixy ha preparado una instrucción paso a paso para resolver los problemas del JC400 relacionados con la transmisión en vivo, el registro y el funcionamiento incorrecto en la plataforma Navixy. Continúe con todos los pasos sin omitir nada de lo siguiente: 1. Verifique la conectividad de la tarjeta SIM. Debe tener la opción de recibir un SMS, disponer de servicio de tráfico GPRS/LTE y estar cubierta por un proveedor de servicio GSM con una velocidad aceptable en la ubicación actual de un dispositivo. El tráfico RTMP también debe estar disponible. Tenga en cuenta que es poco probable que el servicio de SMS esté disponible en tarjetas SIM M2M. 3. Verifique manualmente la versión del firmware o mediante el siguiente comando: ``` VERSION ``` Para poder proporcionar transmisión en vivo, debe tener una versión * \[VERSION]KMC28\_JC400\_WABA\_STD\_V4.3.2\_220328.1750,\[BUILD]2022-03-28 14:50 - for JC400 (JC400A) Si se trata de un dispositivo JC400D * \[VERSION]JC400D\_WAVA\_DMS\_V4.2.13\_210716.2013\_BUILD\_2021-07-16 Si la versión actual es anterior a la compatible, siga los siguientes pasos: * [Descargar](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Y56Tk5Xv3KGh-7J6XPdzs6tQUKqEglca/view?usp=sharing) y copie update.zip a la tarjeta SD del dispositivo (no lo descomprima). * Inserte la tarjeta SD en el dispositivo e inícielo * El dispositivo actualiza el firmware automáticamente 4. Después de la actualización, configure el dispositivo con la zona horaria UTC+0 y el APN con la configuración del servidor. Puede hacerlo mediante los siguientes comandos que pueden enviarse por SMS o a través de [AirConsole](/docs/admin/es/devices/air-console.md), este último es para dispositivos ya registrados que están en línea. Envíe los comandos uno por uno y sustituya {apn}, {apn\_user}, {apn\_pass} por la configuración APN de su proveedor de tarjeta SIM sin usar llaves. Para la UE: ``` COREKITSW,0# SERVER,0,52.57.1.136,47755# APN,{apn},{apn},,,,,,{apn_user},,{apn_pass},,,,# ``` Para Estados Unidos y América Latina: ``` COREKITSW,0# SERVER,0,13.52.37.2,47755# APN,{apn},{apn},,,,,,{apn_user},,{apn_pass},,,,# ``` En caso de que los campos {apn\_user} y {apn\_pass} deban quedar vacíos según la información de su proveedor de tarjeta SIM, deje los campos vacíos, por ejemplo: ``` APN,{apn},{apn},,,,,,,,,,,,# ``` 5. Con respecto a los problemas de estado fuera de línea, verifique si el dispositivo está encendido y tiene suficiente carga de batería 6. UU. son diferentes y elija el correspondiente según la región de su cuenta en la plataforma). Sustituya {IMEI} por el IMEI de su dispositivo sin usar llaves.
