# Acerca de los proveedores de servicios

Un proveedor de servicios es su socio directo para los servicios telemáticos GPS. Se encarga del suministro de hardware, la instalación y la conectividad, y le brinda soporte local para la configuración, la resolución de problemas y cualquier consulta relacionada con la plataforma Navixy.

Un proveedor de servicios también puede adaptar la plataforma Navixy a sus requisitos regionales. Su presencia local permite tiempos de respuesta más rápidos y soporte específico para la región.
