They handle hardware supply, installation, and connectivity, and they provide localized support for setup, troubleshooting, and any questions related to the Navixy platform. A service provider can also adapt the Navixy platform to your regional requirements. Their local presence allows for faster response times and region-specific support. ## Getting help In the **Help** section of both the Web interface and X-GPS mobile app, you can directly contact your Service provider’s support team for assistance.
