# Departemen

Laporan **Departemen** bagian di [Armada](/docs/user/id/guide/fleet-management.md) Aplikasi ini memungkinkan Anda untuk mengatur dan mengelola Armada Anda dengan mengategorikan Supir ke dalam departemen tertentu. Struktur ini membantu dalam manajemen Armada yang efisien, memungkinkan kontrol yang lebih baik atas operasi, pelaporan, dan penugasan Tugas.

## Mengelola departemen

Di **Departemen** tab, Anda dapat melihat daftar semua departemen dalam organisasi Anda. Setiap departemen dapat dikaitkan dengan Supir dan Kendaraan tertentu, sehingga Anda dapat menyederhanakan operasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi organisasi.

### Menambahkan departemen baru

Untuk menambahkan departemen baru:

1. Klik **Tambah departemen** tombol.
2. Sebuah Formulir akan muncul tempat Anda dapat memasukkan nama dan alamat departemen.
3. Isi informasi yang diperlukan, lalu klik **Simpan** untuk membuat departemen.

Setelah dibuat, departemen dapat ditautkan dengan Supir, sehingga memudahkan pengelolaan dan penugasan Tugas berdasarkan struktur departemen. Fitur ini sangat berguna untuk organisasi yang lebih besar dengan beberapa area operasional, seperti departemen pengiriman, penjualan, atau layanan.

### Profil departemen

Setiap profil departemen mencakup detail utama seperti:

* **Label:** Nama departemen.
* **Alamat:** Lokasi departemen.

Detail ini membantu dalam mengatur dan mengoordinasikan aktivitas berbagai departemen, memastikan bahwa Tugas ditugaskan dan diselesaikan secara efisien.
