# Ação do botão SOS

Configure a ação do botão SOS no Navixy para que um acionamento do SOS envie um alerta ou faça uma chamada para um número de telefone e envie um alerta.

Define o que acontece quando o botão SOS do dispositivo é pressionado.

## Configurações

* **Modo**:
  * **Enviar apenas alerta**: o dispositivo envia um evento SOS para a plataforma Navixy. O evento aparece no histórico do dispositivo e pode disparar regras de alerta da plataforma (como uma notificação push ou um e-mail para um despachante).
  * **Fazer chamada para o número de telefone e enviar alerta**: o dispositivo tanto faz uma chamada de voz para o número configurado quanto envia o evento SOS para a plataforma.
* **Número de telefone**: o número a ser chamado no segundo modo. Use o formato internacional (por exemplo, `+12025550100`).

## Disponibilidade

Aparece em modelos de dispositivo que possuem um botão SOS.
