# Восстановление пароля

Если вы забыли пароль и вам нужно его восстановить, выполните следующие действия:

1. Откройте страницу входа. Свяжитесь со своим [поставщиком услуг](/docs/user/ru/guide/quick-start/about-service-providers.md) за URL-адресом, если вы его не знаете.
2. Найдите и нажмите на **«Забыли пароль?»** ссылку под полем пароля.
3. Укажите зарегистрированный адрес электронной почты и введите CAPTCHA.
4. Проверьте электронную почту на наличие ссылки для сброса пароля и следуйте инструкциям, указанным в письме, чтобы сбросить пароль. Убедитесь, что новый пароль соответствует требованиям к паролю.

Passwords must be between 12 and 20 characters in length and include at least one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, digit, and special character (!@#$%^&\*). To maintain account security, the system tracks password history, so you can't reuse any of your last 10 passwords. If a previous password is detected, the system will return the error "Password was recently used."
