# Адреса электронной почты получателей файлов DDD

Добавьте до пяти получателей электронной почты, чтобы загруженные файлы DDD автоматически отправлялись после завершения каждой загрузки с тахографа.

Автоматически отправляет загруженные файлы DDD нужным получателям для архивирования, ведения учёта в целях соблюдения нормативных требований или пересылки в сервис анализа. Сочетается с [загрузка DDD](/docs/user/ru/guide/devices-and-settings/tachograph-and-compliance/ddd-download.md): после получения файла с устройства он отправляется по электронной почте настроенным получателям.

## Настройки

* **Адреса электронной почты получателей**: Добавьте адреса электронной почты, которые должны получать загруженные файлы DDD. Нажмите **+** кнопку, чтобы добавить каждый адрес. Можно указать до 5 получателей.

## Доступность

Отображается на устройствах с тахографом, которые поддерживают загрузку DDD.

## Ограничения

* Можно настроить до 5 адресов электронной почты.
* Файлы DDD отправляются по электронной почте после завершения загрузки: настройте загрузку отдельно на [загрузка DDD](/docs/user/ru/guide/devices-and-settings/tachograph-and-compliance/ddd-download.md) странице.
* Navixy только доставляет файлы. Она не читает и не обрабатывает их содержимое.

## Как это работает

Navixy отправляет каждый файл DDD по электронной почте **когда устройство передаёт его**. Navixy никогда не извлекает файлы с устройства по собственной инициативе, чтобы отправить их. Чтобы письмо было отправлено, сначала нужно запросить загрузку через [загрузка DDD](/docs/user/ru/guide/devices-and-settings/tachograph-and-compliance/ddd-download.md) и устройство должно успешно отправить файл обратно в Navixy. Типичные необходимые условия перечислены на этой странице (зажигание включено, вставлена карта компании, Tacho Auth Client подключён).
