Navixy AI Assistant is available 24/7 to answer your questions about the platform, from device setup and feature how-tos to API references and beyond. Ask in plain language, type or speak your question, and get a clear answer in seconds.

Open it anytime from Navixy's official website, no sign-in required. In this mode, the assistant works as a knowledge guide: it answers questions about the platform but does not have access to your account data.

Ask about your own data

Need to check which vehicles were idle this week, or which devices are offline? When connected to your account, the assistant can answer questions about your specific devices, fleet, fueling data, and more. You can connect it in two ways:

• Add it as a User Application for quick access from the side menu. Go to Account settings, open User Applications, and add navixy.com/ai-assistant/ as a new application.
• Access it through the Help tab in the Information Center, if your service provider has enabled this option.
