Dunasys DCAR S

The DUNASYS DCAR S is a specialized telematics hardware kit designed to enable unmanned car-sharing and fleet management services. This in-vehicle device connects to the vehicle’s internal network, such as the CAN bus or OBD port, to serve as the central control unit. Its primary function is to replace the need for physical keys by allowing remote commands, enabling users to lock and unlock the vehicle’s doors and control the engine immobilizer using a smartphone application or an RFID badge. In addition to providing access, the DCAR S reads and transmits essential vehicle data in real-time to a central management platform. This data includes the vehicle’s odometer, fuel level, battery charge, and diagnostic fault codes. It is important to note that DUNASYS only has MQTT as a supported data transfer protocol.
