    What is an e-manifest in waste management?
    An e-manifest is a digital chain-of-custody record for a waste load (origin, carrier, weight, waste stream and disposal site) that replaces paper tracking forms. Regulators increasingly require it so diversion and disposal can be audited end to end. Navixy assembles the manifest from the collection data it already captures, so the record is a by-product of operating, not a separate data-entry job.
    How does Navixy produce compliance reports?
    Navixy makes compliance data directly queryable via IoT Query — a SQL-queryable environment built on live GPS, weight and event data. Query by waste stream, site or period, or connect Power BI, Superset or any BI tool that speaks PostgreSQL. Because queries run on live operational data, diversion and disposal figures reconcile with what actually happened in the field. The cadence and format are set by the analyst or BI tool — not by a fixed export schedule.
    Can Navixy send data to a government or authority platform?
    Yes. The manifest record is delivered by API to a national authority or e-manifest platform where digital tracking is mandated. This is the pattern in markets like the GCC, where programs such as Saudi Arabia's national digital-waste platform require electronic tracking. The same record can also flow to your own ERP or billing system, so one capture serves both the regulator and the business.
    We're not under a mandate yet. Is this still worth it?
