Digital tracking is no longer optional
Regulators from the GCC to the EU now require a digital trail for every load: who collected it, how much, from where, to where. Navixy captures GPS, weight and service events and assembles the e-manifest-ready record — queryable via IoT Query's SQL interface in any BI tool — and delivers it to the authority platform or your ERP via the Navixy REST API.
Compliance built from operational data you already capture
An e-manifest is not a separate system. It's the collection data you already have, assembled into a defensible record. Navixy turns GPS, weight and service events into the trail an auditor or an authority platform will accept.
From a collection event to a defensible manifest
Each pickup already produces the facts a manifest needs: an origin geofence, a weight, a timestamp, a verified vehicle, a disposal-site geofence. Navixy binds them into one chain-of-custody record with IoT Query. No double entry, no paper.
Chain of custody, automatically
Origin, carrier, weight, route and disposal site are captured as events and bound to one manifest record: the audit trail assembled by the platform, not by hand.
Weight-backed records
Weigh-in-motion and onboard load data put a real net weight on every manifest: the number diversion reporting and weight-based mandates are built on.
SQL-queryable — any BI tool
IoT Query gives direct SQL access to compliance and diversion data — query by waste stream, site or period, or connect Power BI, Superset or Streamlit directly via PostgreSQL.
Delivered by API
The record goes where it's required: pushed to a national authority platform or into your ERP/billing system, so compliance isn't a manual re-keying step.
One record, delivered where the mandate or your business needs it
The digital manifest Navixy assembles isn't locked in a dashboard. It's delivered by API to whichever system has to have it: a national authority platform where digital tracking is mandated, or your own ERP and billing system where the driver is commercial. The capture is the same, and you can serve both at once.
- Authority e-manifest platform → the mandate pattern (national digital-tracking programs)
- Operator ERP / billing → the commercial pattern (diversion, invoicing, reporting)
- IoT Query SQL access: query compliance data by waste stream, site and period in any BI tool
- GPS + weigh-in-motion + service events as the source of truth
When digital tracking is the price of doing business
In a growing number of markets, a digital waste trail isn't an efficiency upgrade, it's a licence condition. The operators who capture it cleanly from operational data win the contracts; the ones who can't produce a manifest don't get to bid.
Diversion target and market figures are third-party/government sources (Saudi MWAN National Center for Waste Management; MarkWide Research), shown as context, not Navixy's own results. Mandate specifics vary by jurisdiction.
Make your operation audit-ready and bid-ready
Bring your reporting requirement, a mandate format or an ERP schema. We'll show you the event capture → IoT Query SQL analytics → REST API delivery chain on your own collection data, and how one trail serves both the authority and your business.
